We have posted a link to Panzer Digest's review of Master and Commander on the game's web page. The reviewer is Robert G. ("Smitty") Smith. You can click here to read the review. Many thanks to designer Peter Schutze for his important contributions to the game in the art and design departments. He took WDG's basic design and made it even better.

For those gamers interested in a Napoleonic naval combat game that captures the essence of the period's naval combat without drowning you in waves of technical minutiae or which can provide an evening of light fun with two or three scenarios or if you are looking for an introduction to Napoleonic naval combat, Master and Commander may just be the game for you.

We are pleased to announce the release of David Kershaw's Solitaire Caesar. It is available in boxed, folio (poly-bag), and PnP formats. A Vassal module of the game by Vassal master Art Bennett is available upon request with purchase of any format.

A couple comments from players:

"Super - elegant and concise rules wedded to an engaging subject!...the game really does impose interesting strategic choices on the player." RG

"The theme of the game is truly amazing. During the game, you feel like hordes of barbarians are attacking you from everywhere....The game is brilliant. I enjoy playing it a lot and give it a big 9. You get the feeling you are leading Rome and the game has a lot of historical theme to it." NP
